‘Participation through Enterprise (PtE) is community based enterprise programme
designed to inspire, advise, train and support would-be business owners and early stage
and established businesses to set up and run a business.

Participants are given the opportunity to revitalise and enhance their talents and skills,
create and develop ideas, adapt and improve products and services for potential
