Partnership working
A portion of our work arises from working in partnership with agencies
wanting
consultancy support to assist their delivery of policy or service programmes.
Such relationships may be based upon our ability to provide specific skills
not
held by the partner organisation, or perhaps reflect a need for an external
agency
to provide independence in the provision of services. On occasions the
partnership
may concern sensitive issues requiring confidentiality or political acumen
in the
delivery of services.
We can work with you to devise tailored consultancy or business support
programmes to meet your needs set within your time and cost constraints.
We have the skills and expertise to create solutions and strategies to
meet our
partner’s needs, plan interventions and create delivery frameworks.
We are experienced in engaging different types of community clients, reporting
to
deadlines that are set within accountability environments, undertaking
evaluation
activities and providing results with recommendations.
